戴杰雨,男,讲师。农学博士。从事果实品质生物学、采后生物学研究,聚焦果实成熟软化的分子机理及采后保鲜技术的研发改良。参与国家面上项目1项;以第一作者身份在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Postharvest Biology and Technology,Horticultural Plant Journal,Journal of Integrative Agriculture等SCI期刊发表学术论文多篇。
