魏作富，男，讲师，博士，1985年生于河南省新乡市。植物学专业，主要从事植物次生代谢产物应用基础研究。 

2009年毕业于东北林业大学生物科学专业，同年保送进入森林植物生态学教育部重点实验室生药学专业，于2012年获医学硕士学位；2012～2015年继续在重点实验室攻读植物学博士学位。 

曾主持犬问荆抗幽门螺杆菌活性成分及其作用机制研究（中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目），先后参与木豆叶活性成分高效诱导提取分离技术中试与示范（科技部农业科技成果转化资金项目）、黄芪资源精深加工关键技术中试与示范（科技部农业科技成果转化资金项目）、木豆叶活性成分高效生产加工关键技术研究（林业公益性行业科研专项经费项目）等多项国家级、省部级项目；发表SCI收录学术论文近20篇；获授权国家发明专利2项。
